Understanding the environment
Mobility requirements are shaped by the spaces people use every day. The layout of a community, the experience of a resort or the movement patterns of a leisure destination all influence what a practical mobility solution should look like.

Planning considerations · Residential Communities
Questions we work through with owners and operators. Starting points for a conversation, not a statement that any vehicle suits every condition.
Which journeys connect homes, clubhouses, pools, gyms and gates, and how often are they made?
How the community's roads and pathways are laid out, and where vehicles would wait, park and charge.
Who will be travelling, from residents to visitors, and what makes a short journey feel easy for each of them.
Surfaces, gradients, widths and community rules that shape what kind of vehicle is appropriate.
A considered mobility approach

01
Begin with the environment, the people who use it and the journeys that need to be supported.

02
Consider seating, intended use, operating conditions and the accessories available for each model.

03
Bring the requirement and the environment together through a considered implementation approach.

The range in context
Two, four, six and eight seats on one considered platform. Suitability for a specific application depends on the environment, route conditions, operating needs and selected configuration.
In a residential communities setting
In a residential setting, the range is considered for short internal journeys between homes, amenities and gates.
